Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) enables cities to gain local control and flexibility for addressing their energy requirements. This can include providing a more customized customer service experience, outreach programs tailored to the unique needs of their communities and prioritizing the procurement of a higher percentage of renewable energy. Recent developments in a number of Orange County cities have shown that CCA formation in the region is gaining significant momentum, with an alignment of interests being recognized and collaborative relationships between municipalities actively under consideration.
Sustain SoCal, widely recognized for its experience in bringing key stakeholders together for its CCA educational courses, conferences and networking events, invites you to participate in its How to Launch & Operate a CCA workshop. CCA specialists, municipal leaders and industry practitioners will help guide the discussion of the process for CCA formation and the factors that impact their ongoing operation.
Sustain SoCal Members and City Officials may register to attend this workshop at no charge.
