A highly regarded energy professional, Shiva co-founded EPS Corporation and Enpowered Solutions and is a frequent speaker on wide ranging energy and environmental issues across the country and has published papers in the energy industry. He also has a patent on “SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ASSESSING AND OPTIMIZING ENERGY USE AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT”. His technical expertise include lighting, cogeneration, refrigeration, boilers, HVAC, central plants, and controls.
Shiva’s impressive experience also includes responsibility for the design of software to control building management system response to real-time pricing signals from utilities, the development of an enterprise energy management software, and automated demand response software for EPS Corp. He has also taught graduate level energy courses at Portland State University.

Throughout his 18-year career in energy efficiency, Greg has successfully launched several energy management divisions and has personally consulted for numerous marquee accounts. A serial entrepreneur, he has a passion to build specialty teams, tackle cutting edge projects head on, and find new deployment vehicles for market adoption.
Greg is graduate of the University of California Long Beach where he received his bachelor’s degree Geography with an emphasis in Urban Planning. He is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facilities, and the enterprise-wide energy and utilities management. Erik started with Hoag in 2005, where he supervised the startup and operation of a 4.5 MW cogeneration power plant. Prior to Hoag, He spent six years as a manufacturing manager for Oakley, Inc. He is a Certified Health Care Manager who holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Marine Engineering from SUNY Maritime College and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. Michele Davidson is President and CEO of FTS Lighting Services Inc. Michele has been leading the company for more than 38 years with the family business that originates back over 70 years.
FTS Lighting Services, Inc. provides energy efficient and cost-effective lighting solutions as an electrical wholesale distributor providing LED products, fixtures, Title 24 & 20 products as well as providing turnkey solutions in lighting retrofits, utility rebate assistance and e-waste recycling services.
The company’s family business was started in the late 1940’s by family patriarchs Dorothy and Bernard Patton as Fluorescent Tube Service and Exchange Company (Now “FTS” in memory and devotion to Michele’s grandparents). Bernard invented the rejuvenation machine that brought old fluorescent light bulbs back to life, accomplishing what many considered then to be “impossible.” In the 1950’s Dorothy, Michele’s grandmother, took over as President of the company becoming a leading lighting distributor for GE, Sylvania and Westinghouse at the time as one of the first Woman Owned Businesses in the electrical industry. Over the past 8 years Nathan has helped accelerate the adoption of LED technologies into existing buildings. Nathan now views LED as a baseline for efficiency and is excited to be a part of an industry driving value above and beyond nominal LED wattage savings, by leveraging existing infrastructure and via networked controls on premise and to the cloud.
Lunera is a Smart Building Services company that uses innovative Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) technology to optimize energy, property and resource management for the commercial and industrial buildings market. He is currently focused on business development for Lockheed Martin’s GridStarTM energy storage solution, as well as, fulfillment of utility contracts in Southern California, including traditional energy efficiency programs and the new Local Capacity Resource (LCR) program. Before Lockheed Martin, Mr. Futch spent more than a decade as CEO of various entrepreneurial pursuits involving manufacturing energy efficiency controls and Industrial IOT technology solutions. His career has included management positions at Rockwell International, Motorola and ARCO.
Mr. Futch served in the U.S. Navy as a Submarine Navigation Electronics technician. He obtained his B.S. degree in Management from Pepperdine University and MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Simultaneously, he works the same integrated technology approach to help utilities meet their own demand reduction and load shaping goals. Prior to these duties, Mr. Hathaway, coordinated for Sterling Planet new customer accounts in the non-residential sector, providing customized solutions for carbon neutrality that combine White Tags™ Energy Efficiency Certificates, renewable energy and direct carbon offsets.
A visionary with unparalleled dedication to practical, economical and meaningful applications of clean energy technologies, Mr. Hathaway has extensive experience in clean energy policy, market development and application of leading-edge technology. As Manager of Energy Programs for GTE Sylvania, Mr. Hathaway led the utility rebate market development and implementation for EPA’s Green Lights Program. As ICF’s consultant for the USEPA’s Energy Star Programs, Mr. Hathaway led the marketing efforts for EPA Green Lights, Energy Star Buildings and Energy Star Buildings Allies Programs. As Director of EcoPower® Programs for the Environmental Resources Trust (ERT), Mr. Hathaway coordinated renewable energy certification, as well as energy and environmental consulting services for national accounts, utilities and government agencies. He also provided input for development of EPA’s Green Power Partnership Program.
Throughout his 35 year energy career, Mr. Hathaway’s dedication to sustainability and environmentally sound yet practical energy solutions has extended to his personal life. Along with his wife Carol and his father, Episcopal Bishop of Pittsburgh (retired), Mr. Hathaway founded and serves on the board of a 20-year-old operation called Solar Light for Africa, www.solarlightforafrica.com. This not-for-profit organization installs solar power in rural villages across sub-Saharan Africa, bringing light, power and solar-pumped water to some of the poorest regions of the world.
