Join us on January 24, 2019 as Sustain SoCal addresses the challenges of creating a more sustainable winery operation.
Wineries are striving to succeed economically while conducting more sustainable practices and complying with environmental regulations, including emerging emission requirements being implemented by the various air quality and GHG regulatory agencies.
Actions impacting wineries by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and various regional air quality management agencies focus on winery emissions is continuing to evolve and effect winery businesses throughout the State.
Winery sustainability developments and innovations will be presented, as well as case studies of winery projects that have achieved their sustainability objectives. This includes recent developments where Ethanol emission standards in the Santa Barbara region were successfully met through the implementation of innovative technical solutions, potentially influencing winery operations statewide.
