Robert Thomas, Director of Pricing Design and Research, Southern Cal Edison

Robert A. Thomas is a Principal Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) with responsibility for the development of SCE’s rate designs, marginal costs determination and rate class level sales forecasts. Prior to his current role, Robert held various positions within the company and his responsibilities have included providing customer specific rate and financial analyses involving self-generation, load growth, contract rates, and hourly pricing options.

Gary Lenart, Senior Market Advisor, SoCalGas

Gary Lenart has worked in the natural gas industry for 25 years with experience in local distribution and interstate pipeline transportation rates as well as natural gas market prices. Gary has testified before the California Public Utilities Commission numerous times. Currently, his focus is on policies affecting the commercial & industrial segments as a Market Advisor with the Southern California Gas Company.
