This session will focus on CEQA streamlining strategies and proposed legislation for transit-accessible projects, new CEQA case law on analyzing GHG (Greenhouse Gas) impacts under CEQA, the State’s path to 100% renewable energy and CARB’s current Scoping Plan, and the State’s switch from LOS (Level of Service) analyses of traffic congestion to requiring VMT (Vehicle Miles Traveled) analyses under CEQA.
